Eid Mubarak and I hope this email finds you well. First, thank you for
your hospitality during my visit to your facilities.

I will share with you asap the general presentation I did for you.
Meanwhile kindly find below the discussed points and the answer from my
management (in red) about them:

  	* TAMM is asking for a two-week demo in order to offer to Iraqi
government and the potential clients our product. We cannot send
electro-optical systems if we have not identified the potential
requirements and opportunities, we think that TAMM as Iraqi company can
find out this information or at least creating the necessity. Once the
needs are found out, we can organize a demonstration for any Iraqi
organism.
	* TAMM is asking for a representative agreement with EM&E. At the
moment we cannot offer this possibility, but maybe in the future it can
be discussed. The nature of the MOU between us is for the assembly of
EM&E's electrooptical systems and the possibility of technology
transfer.
	* Videoconference to discuss deeper the relationship. There is no
problem, but before that we want TAMM to come out with a feasible
proposal. We know that there are great opportunities in Iraq for
electro-optical systems for surveillance of borders (Border Guard Police
can be a possible client to explore), Army and Air Force for bases
security (we have the information that Asad Balad Air Base was looking
for a security and surveillance solution) and Navy (we have several
electrooptical systems that can be installed in the ships that Iraq has
for example in Um Kasar).

Finally, please note that our electrooptical system are military class
and they are not as the cameras that the Chinese companies can offer.
